The Cross Already Proved His Love

"He who did not spare his own Son but gave him up for us all, how will he not also with him graciously give us all things?" – Romans 8:32

When life starts to wear on you and doubt begins to creep in, it’s easy to wonder if God is still in your corner. The silence can feel loud. The delays can feel like rejection. And the disappointments can leave you questioning where He is and whether He still cares. But this verse from Romans pulls us out of that spiral with a powerful truth that you cannot afford to forget.

God already gave you His best. He gave you His Son.

There is no bigger demonstration of love than the cross. That was God saying, in the clearest way possible, that He is for you. That He sees you. That He loves you enough to make the ultimate sacrifice to bring you back to Himself. The cross wasn’t just a moment in history. It was a statement that still stands over your life today.

If God did not hold back Jesus, why would He hold back anything you truly need? That doesn’t mean He gives you everything you want, but it does mean you can trust Him to provide what is good, what is right, and what will shape you for eternity. You do not serve a stingy God. You serve a Father who already proved the depths of His generosity.

When you feel abandoned, remember the cross. When you feel overlooked, remember the cross. When you wonder if He still loves you or has a plan for your life, go back to the cross. That’s your receipt. That’s the evidence. That’s the answer.

You may not always understand His timing or His methods, but you never have to question His heart. It was nailed to a tree so you would never forget.
