God Uses What You Already Have
"And as Jesus reclined at the table in the house, behold, many tax collectors and sinners came and were reclining with Jesus and his disciples." - Matthew 9:10
Sometimes we believe the lie that we need more before we can make an impact. More time, more money, more experience, more influence. But when Jesus called Matthew, one of the first things Matthew did was open his home. He used what he already had, a house and a table, and invited people in to meet Jesus.
God is not waiting for you to become someone else. He wants to use what is already in your hands. Your home can be a place of ministry. Your dinner table can be a place of connection. Your car rides, your conversations, your talents and skills can all become tools for the Kingdom when you offer them to Him.
This is not about performance. It is about participation. Matthew didn’t try to preach a sermon or lead worship. He simply created space for people to encounter the Savior. And because of that, lives were changed. You do not need a stage to serve. You just need a willingness to say yes.
God is not limited by your resources. He is just looking for someone who will make them available. What could you offer today? Is there someone you could invite into your life, your home, or your circle? Is there a gift you’ve kept hidden that could be used to bless others?
There is power in simplicity. God often works through ordinary things offered with extraordinary faith. When you stop waiting to be someone else and start offering what you have, you’ll be surprised by what He can do with it.
You already have enough to get started. The question is, will you offer it?
