Empowered for Every Season
"May you be strengthened with all power, according to his glorious might, for all endurance and patience with joy." – Colossians 1:11
Not every season is easy. Some are marked by momentum, clarity, and breakthrough. Others feel slow, quiet, and hard to explain. But no matter what season you find yourself in right now, you are not expected to carry it in your own strength. God has already promised His power for every part of the journey.
When Paul prayed for the believers in Colossians 1, he didn’t just ask for quick miracles or open doors. He asked that they would be strengthened with all power, according to God’s glorious might. Not for a moment of hype, but for endurance and patience. That is not flashy strength, but sustaining strength. It is what gets you through the weeks that feel long and the trials that feel never-ending.
God doesn’t just give power for the mountain moments. He gives power for the middle ones. For the ordinary days. For the painful ones. For the days you don’t see fruit but still keep showing up. That kind of strength is not something you generate by trying harder. It is something you receive by staying connected to Him.
There will be seasons when the mission feels exciting and seasons when it feels like a grind. But your assignment doesn’t change based on how you feel. And thankfully, neither does the source of your strength. You do not endure by willpower. You endure because God’s might is at work in you.
Whatever you are facing today, you are not left to figure it out on your own. You are empowered by a strength far greater than your own. So keep moving. Keep trusting. Keep depending on Him. You are not running empty. You are filled with power for every season.
